These prints need to be handelled carefully - Clear a space to remove the print from the packaging with ease, and grab the print softly at the corners with two hands to ensure the print does not sag and crease when mounting on the wall or in a frame. Damage you incur on the products will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns and refunds accepted. To receive a refund, you must;

- Read the policies below and email me immediately explaining why you want a refund.

- Email a photograph of the print. If there is damage, send clear photographs outlining the damage. I've seen what postage damage looks like

so it cannot be faked, pre-existing damage isn't possible as I personally check the prints before they go out. If the photos are not clear, clearer photos will be requested.

- Post the item back in the exact same fashion it was posted out in. This is to ensure postage damage does not incur on its return to me.

If the print is not packed exactly how it was sent out, I can't be assured that it wasn't damaged by reckless handling on your behalf. 

Contact me if you want instructions. A refund will not be granted if any markings or residue from mounting methods are present. (pinholes, bluetak, etc.)

If these instructions are followed, and it's determined that damage is not present or damage is not your fault, then a full refund will be granted.

Note: 

- Return postage will not be reimbursed if it's determined that the print damage was faked, or the instructions were not followed exactly.

- In the case that you are not eligible for a refund and you want the print back, postage back to you will be covered by me.

- You are eligible for a refund if you simply change your mind, however, instructions must be followed to ensure you are granted a refund.
